Bayada Nurses, a highly respected international home care company, is currently seeking a full-time Recruiting Manager for our start up pediatric services office in East Stroudsburg, PA. As Recruiting Manager you will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment of RNs, LPNs, Licensed Nurses Aides and Therapists, from the initial point of contact through the hiring process. You will actively source candidates using multiple venues such as the internet, job fairs, networking and cold calling. The Recruiting Manger will also screen prospects, perform candidate interviews, and obtain references. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and possess the desire to grow with the office and the company. You must demonstrate superb interpersonal skills, be goal-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor s degree and a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare environment is required.
